Free Introduction to Belly Dance Class

The Introduction to belly dance class will be run in a workshop format. What that means is, I will get you to feel like you are belly dancing from day one, but if you really want to learn proper technique you will have to sign up for my 6 week sessions.

In my workshops I tend to teach people in a large circle. This allows me to teach a larger group even if it is a small to medium space. When you start actual classes, I keep the class sizes smaller so I can provide each student with the attention they need to learn moves well and progress through the levels better.

My classes and workshops always start with a dynamic style warm up, then moves into technique, and at the end I either teach combinations, get you to follow along or we play "belly dance games!" After that we always do a cool down.

If you don't get your name on the list in time or this date and time don't work for you, don't worry, I will be having more workshops. More information will be provided soon about what you need to bring.

**No prior music or dance experience is required to enter the Introductory Level of Bellydance. **

Kelly started her fitness journey in 2011, when she decided to make her health a priority. She began a weight loss and muscle growth journey and challenge herself by competing in a fitness competition in 2014: coached by herself. Kelly is now in her 8th year of being a personal trainer and loves to be able to work with people to help them become healthier.
