About Me: Emily is a personal and group trainer, interested in all things health. After graduating with a BAH in Health Studies from Queenâ€™s University, Emily specialized in fitness, nutrition and wellness with FitChicksU, teaching womenâ€™s bootcamps with various women based companies. She is also certified in Zumba, yin yoga, and applied mindfulness techniques.
