About Me: Emily is a personal and group trainer, interested in all things health. After graduating with a BAH in Health Studies from Queen’s University, Emily specialized in fitness, nutrition and wellness with FitChicksU, teaching women’s bootcamps with various women based companies. She is also certified in Zumba, yin yoga, and applied mindfulness techniques.
