Description

  • Sessions are 60mn in duration includes warm-up and cool down

  • All packages include Posture Code Assessment & nutrition guidelines.

  • Fitness boxing can be included in the workout

  • You will be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.


I provide 60-minute personal training sessions. Usually people buy a package, because this is the best way to get the attention you need to reach your goals the quickest (with a minimum of 2-3 times a week).

I work with adults of all ages, 1-on-1, couples, or a group of 4. I can train in your home, condo gym, regular gym or even outdoors.

After assessing your goals and your fitness level, I proceed to put together a customized, fun, challenging, result-oriented program, and you will see the results!

I can also customize your personal training and incorporate Fitness boxing into your training as a Cardio workout. Example: 30mn Fitness boxing and 30mn personal training. However if you're looking to focus on Boxing, Thaiboxing or Kickboxing 60mn sessions then click on the link at the bottom and you will be prompt to specific martial art sessions.

Hi I'm Nora, I'm here to help you meet your fitness goals, reduce your stress level and having balance in your life! In the past years, I helped my clients to build better strength, cardio, balance and mobility as well as helping them plan every meal, including what to eat on client lunches. My clients who had old injuries recently started fitness activities with me and love how their improved energy levels and ability to move around easily and without pain.

I've been a Certified Personal Trainer in fitness and a Coach Instructor in Boxing, Thaiboxing, Kickboxing & Taekwondo for over 15 years. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of fitness and martial arts, certified by CANFITPRO (Canadian Fitness Professionals) and KUKKIWON's in Taekwondo (World Taekwondo Headquarter in Korea) and would love to help you achieve your goals!

As a passionate Certified Personal Trainer, my role is to motivate, enable and make training a fun and rewarding experience. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs. Life is an adventure, filled with continual improvement and we can achieve our big hairy audacious goals — no matter how big or small!

When I'm not coaching clients or training, you can find me scouring the streets searching for amazing coffee and listening to music!
